I currently live here, and after actually experiencing the property firsthand and talking with other residents, I can honestly say I would not recommend these apartments.

The roach infestation is one of the biggest issues. This is not just an occasional bug here and there—roaches are an ongoing problem, and it seems like residents are left to deal with it rather than seeing a lasting solution.

Communication from management is also frustrating. Notices seem to come through very quickly... when they involve rent increases or anything affecting what residents have to pay, but when it comes to actual problems residents need help with, it’s a completely different story.

Maintenance has been another major disappointment. Problems with appliances such as the dishwasher and stove, as well as electrical issues, can be reported through multiple maintenance requests without feeling like the issue is actually being resolved. At some point, residents shouldn’t have to keep submitting the same ticket just to get basic repairs addressed.

I also wouldn’t consider this the most pet-friendly or pet-safe community despite allowing pets. There are children walking dogs around the property, which can make navigating the community with your own pets difficult, and there are also outside/stray cats roaming around.

What really says something is that after speaking with other people who live here, many of these complaints are not isolated to one apartment or one resident. There seems to be a consistent pattern of pest problems, maintenance issues, and poor communication.

I originally came here thinking it would be a decent place to live, but after actually experiencing it, I regret choosing this property. Definitely look elsewhere before signing a lease. Read More

Office ppl each give different information. My income went down but my rent went up! Laundry machines don't work well. Must purchase a laundry card for $5 (in office) on top of costs to wash. Can only refill card when office is open. NO GUEST PARKING! security gates don't always work and everyone seems to have the code anyway or sneak in. numerous vehicles have parked in my assigned spot. office staff said to call towing company. only 1 security in the evening. walks around the property at night... . no security office. i loved my little apartment, but with lack of personal knowlege and working amenities along with rising rents, you get 2 stars. office staff could be a lot friendlier with less attitude. Get everything in writing with this management team. They will tell you anything to have you sign the lease. After that they will throw the lease agreement in your face and then use intimidation and harassment on you to get what they want. They take advantage of low income tenants because of the cheap apts. I do not recommend. Unprofessional management team.

I really don't like living here, because i pay eight hundred and five dollars a month for a below average apartment. When something breaks and we call to have it fixed it could take a few months before it is fixed. if i could have free rent for a year that would help a lot and give me time to save up and get out of here. Over all review i would never recommend anyone to move here for the price they are asking.
