Great apartment, I lived here for 3 plus years (from Feb 22 to Sept 25,) moved out only due to transfer orders to another state. This place is only 3 blocks from the beach... The apartment manager (Patty) is top notch, she is actively engaged and ensures residents are informed of any issues. Additionally, the maintenance team quickly addresses any maintainace issues. If I was relocated the San Diego area again I would definately lease here again.
