I love living here. My neighbors are great, everyone is friendly, and residents are very respectful. The units are finished nicely (recently renovated) and feels spacious for the size. Staff is always kind and responsive. Josh (the property manager) is a genuinely good guy, as is the rest of his team. The property is walking distance to the beach, Pacific City, farmers markets, etc. 5/5!

Lived at Surfside Villas for 5 years - went through a large renovation that made the place better than any townhomes in the area. 2 car attached garage, nice size patios, great amenities (pool, spa, gym, fire pit, community grill areas) - less than a 10min walk to the beach. I have always felt safe here in the gated community. Management is great - very responsive and helpful - maintenance requests fulfilled very quick. Overall my favorite rental I’ve lived in.

I've live at surfside villas for 3 years going on 4 years and it started off great with good neighbors and recently we've had some absolutely horrible neighbors that party everyday and blast their music constantly. Other neighbors have complained about them and nothing has been done, they just continue to blast their music and throw beer cans outside. They've had the cops called on them and still live here. It smells like weed randomly and we can smell it coming in when we open our windows. So... now the only thing that's good about living here is that we live close to the beach. Rent has gone up and we're paying more so that we can deal with this kind of stuff. Pretty ridiculous that we continuously have to pay more to deal with this. Read More
