We came to Columbia apts in Nov '23. From the start we got exceptional service from the team here. Both the maintenance staff and Tara the on site manager were wonderful to work with. They were quick to address any issues that came up whether it was routine questions or an emergency that occurred at 2am. You couldn't pick a better place to live in Hemet, great bang for your buck.

Lived here for 5 years with my son. Quiet for the most part, nice pools, managers Tara and Nick are very helpful and attentive. Felt very safe and decent priced rent.

I've lived here since early 2020 and it has been a nice, quiet community for my childeren to grow in. It has 2 pools and 2 laundry rooms. The manager is on site and very attentive and goes the extra mile to help her tenants

Quiet place on my side of building. But full of roaches. But if your broke and need to just live. Then come here. Manager is cool been here 2 yrs. but it’s bad on roaches and they will never go away no matter what you do. Building needs to be fumigated. But they just spray that’s it.
