I lived at Summit for 2 years. One year in a 1 bedroom and Second year in a 2 bedroom. Both units were very up to date. Awesome reasonable prices for the area.

I lived there for almost two years. My 1br/1ba was great - recently refurbished with nice kitchen countertops and the bathroom looked brand new. Management always got back to me quickly when I needed something. Very reasonably priced for the area. If I hadn’t left California, I’d still be there.

These apartments are extremely conveniently located right by 880 and 92.
Lots of great local restaurants and shopping all within a 5 min drive.
The new management has been extremely responsive about dealing with any problems or complaints in a timely manner.
There have been improvements and renovations happening, cleaning up the property and really making it a nice place to live not just to stay for a while.
The Units are large and have nice open floor plans so it doesn't feel like a... cramped apartment.
There is a covered parking spot for everyone, with a few garages.
At night it's quiet and peaceful, no loud music or TVs.
Once or twice a year on a Friday or Saturday people will have big picnics and parties out in the back patio, but it's all cleaned up and quiet by 10.

This is by far my favorite apartment in the bay! The layout was so nice, it just felt like a home. Here’s what you need to know...
Pros:
- Since this management has taken over, they have made huge enhancements to provide a safe and secure living environment
- If I need assistance with my apartment, they are super helpful in getting it resolved
It was just a very comfortable place to be
- Great Service from management and building manager - just genuine and kind
- They keep the grounds and... apartment building clean
- did I mention I love the floor plan?
Cons:
- Limited garage spots. But all other parking is covered :) so get yourself on the waiting list if you need a garage spot!
