I am a current resident at Lincoln Landing, and unfortunately my experience with the leasing office, particularly the communication from Michelle, has been extremely disappointing.

I have sent multiple emails regarding a simple request to add someone to my lease. I provided all of the information requested from me and was eventually told that the application had been processed and was waiting for management approval.

Since then, I have followed up repeatedly and have received no response and... no meaningful update.

This is not how residents paying premium rent should be treated. I should not have to send email after email just to get a basic response from the leasing office.

The most frustrating part is that this is not the first time I have experienced poor communication from this office. When you live in a property that markets itself as a luxury community, you expect a certain level of professionalism, communication, and customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The building itself has potential, but management and communication are a major part of the living experience. At this point, the continued lack of response is seriously making me reconsider renewing my lease.

I hope upper management at Greystar takes these complaints seriously and improves the level of service provided to current residents.

The building has deteriorated to the point where it feels like a dump — I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Beautiful complex. Friendly maintenance crew but not managed properly.

You don’t want my comment it’ll scare people away. Like I said it has been the worst managed property I’ve ever seen. Granted I have been a homeowner for 30 years, but I would expect more from what we were represented when we came and viewed the property. Complaints do not go heard I’ve been complaining about broken barbecue since February of last year as the least of it. Like I said, I can’t believe I’m even filling out the survey because nothing else has made a difference here.

Overall, Lincoln Landing charges premium prices while consistently failing to deliver a premium living experience. From poor communication and lack of accountability to inconsistent maintenance, excessive and unclear fees, and unresolved safety and cleanliness concerns, the value simply does not match the cost. The property advertises luxury living, but my experience has been one of repeated disappointment, poor management, and a lack of transparency.
