I LOVE these apartments! We live here with our 3 kids. And honestly; I wouldn't live in any other apartments in the area. Despite what the obviously evicted residents said (probably for violation of lease, non payment, not watching destructive children, constant law enforcement having to be called) The managers ARE NOT RACIST, or biast, or cruel. They are GREAT! They have significantly cleaned up this place! Gotten rid of all the problem tenants, and continue to improve the whole place as you... read this. Not to mention: free cable and Wi-Fi! If you are a decent family, who happens to only have budget allowance for an apartment: I would HIGHLY recommend Berryhill!

Horrible managers
Racist, verbally abusive to tenants and to tenant's kids.makes tenants homeless with children, just to raise rents old tenants being thrown out for no justifiable reason to put rent to above advertisement $1015 the rent originally was $810-925 for 2-3 bedrooms with mold, rotting and rust, never fixed up before move in were built in 1970's not 1980's.

Don't even waste your time or Money
*ATTN: Idiot lying managing, Unlawful tenant comments and language, racist, harasses disabled tenants, unjust evictions reasons and likes to use with false accusations without facts and illegal information given to other landlords when used these managers as residential reference given out, to other. The apartments are rotted kitchen floors, cabinets, bathroom ceilings flimsy: walls, hinges, locks, closet doors, sink handles, shower handles, old pipes do not fix until busted and partial pipe... parts where leaks are.....till other area busts.... manager's husband mostly is verbally abusive to tenants kids and to tenants. Save your self if can afford to move or live anywhere else better off never ever at theseBerryhill Apartments ever.

Think again
Unless you enjoy living in an apartment complex filled with loud, unsupervised kids, with a stack of trashed appliances and furniture, a pool that's never open, you may want to think again about moving to West Berryhill Apartments.
