I’m writing this honest review to hopefully save someone the headache of living here. I lived in this building for about a year, and it was a very challenging experience. • Smoking: Despite the listing saying it’s a non-smoking building, many residents smoke on their balconies and porches constantly, and the smell gets into units. Some people smoke weed, which is fine, but I found that the smell would sometimes come into my apartment despite all windows and doors being closed. Cigarette smoke... is also noticeable. • Thin walls: The walls are extremely thin—you can hear almost everything neighbors do, from conversations to music. You can even hear people walking and talking outside. I’ve lived in other buildings with upstairs neighbors and never heard them this clearly. • Tiny water heater: The 20-gallon water heater provides very little hot water. I could never take a full five-minute shower without the water running cold. The landlord will not install a larger unit, and every unit in the building has the same size. For context, most apartment water heaters are 40 gallons; 20 gallons is usually used for an RV or small break room. • Superintendent: The current superintendent is difficult to work with, enforces parking strictly, and is hard to communicate with. The landlord appointed a tenant as the super, which made things even more challenging. She became extremely bossy about parking and minor issues, which added unnecessary stress. • Landlord/management: The landlord is very hands-off, often ignores messages, and does not respond promptly to maintenance requests. Management is inflexible, which can be frustrating if you expect supportive or helpful communication. • Noise/disruptive neighbors: Some neighbors can be loud or disruptive, adding to overall stress. If you want a quiet, peaceful building, this is not it.
This building may work for some people, but if you value quiet, privacy, reliable management, and sufficient amenities, this place will likely cause frustration. I strongly recommend visiting, asking detailed questions, and weighing these factors carefully before moving in.
One last thing from my personal experience, I would not recommend moving in because just by viewing this apartment for five minutes he wouldn’t know all of these problems until you moved in and you’re locked into that place so that’s my suggestion. I hope you don’t get yourself into this mess like I did.

Great place to live
Good neighbors, nice trees, parking and laundry. I lived here for years.
