I moved my son in here last september and it was a really seamless application process. Over the last year he has really enjoyed living at The Cove and any questions either of us had were promptly answered by the Cove team. The homes were definitely not your normal student housing, they were brand new and very nice, not even comparing to the homes in Isla Vista. Don't normally leave reviews but just wanted to shout this property out a lot better than student housing or leasing companies around... Isla Vista/ Santa Barbara.

Absolutely AMAZING!
The Cove has brought me such an amazing group of friends, a perfect living environment, and great management to accomodate my needs! Whenever I needed maintenance my issues were resolved immediately, and I always felt welcomed whenever I needed to ask the staff a question. I loved it so much that I decided to renew for next year! 100% recommend for anyone looking to build community and have a fun living environment.

The Cove
I’ve had a great experience living at The Cove Goleta. The apartments are modern, the amenities are well maintained, and the location is perfect for UCSB. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and the community is welcoming. I’d definitely recommend living here!
