The cove is the best place to live in IV everything is new and clean and the location is as safe as possible. The on-site management staff are god sends and Kaelen has helped support every single resident. She’s been there for me and all of my roommates throughout everything.

Poor management
Living here has been really frustrating. There have been ongoing issues in the apartment with unauthorized guests staying all day, parking problems, extra utility use, and rules not being enforced. Multiple people in the house have brought these concerns up more than once, and management has still not handled it properly.
It makes the living situation uncomfortable when shared spaces feel taken over and clear apartment rules are ignored without consequences. Communication has also been... disappointing, because even after reporting the problems, nothing meaningful changed.
I would not recommend living here if you want management to actually step in and address repeated issues.
