Beautiful Complex but residents don't obey rules. Trash next to dumpsters, trash outside doors, cigarette buds and poop on walkways. Parking on red zone. Kids and parents dirting pool area.lundry rooms messy after tenant use. This place has great potential, need to be more strict and give citations.

Jessica made experience easy and was very friendly. Had a few hiccups but maintenance will take care of but overall satisfied with complex. Grounds seem to be well maintained and landscaping is nice. Pool and bbq area is nice and like that gate is locked to pool. Wish first gate was locked as well.

Very calm, I’m able to rest while enjoying my activities in the complex in a relaxing atmosphere. Our first apartment and so far an amazing experience. We got the 12 month lease and will probably renew to a single bedroom that we have or a two bed room when our baby turns 3.

This condominium has a serious cockroach infestation. I am an extremely clean person, and there is not a single day that I don’t have to kill 8–10 cockroaches inside my apartment, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

I have bought everything you can imagine: gels, boric acid, traps, sprays — nothing works. Management does send pest control, but it does not help at all because the problem is clearly the entire complex, not just one unit. If neighboring apartments are dirty or the building... itself is infested, fumigation in one apartment is useless.

This has been a terrible and exhausting experience. Living like this is stressful, unhealthy, and unacceptable. If you are considering moving here, be aware that this is an ongoing issue. Read More
