It's very good to live in grand terrace with the family and it's beautiful place to live l like it so much and it's beautiful experience to in grand terrace

So far so good. The plumbing was dripping when we got our keys but maintenance came that following Monday and we used a bucket during the weekend to manage. Parking is interesting but we are also getting accustomed to it. We really enjoy the dog friendly atmosphere and look to see what more we can do to settle in.

Pest control is terrible; spiders, roaches, crickets, etc in and outside the apartment all the time. And dog poop everywhere outside, I can’t even walk to my car with a breath of fresh air because it smells like disgusting poop everywhere.. Very unhygienic area to live in. Water shut off almost every week, for hours. It’s a joke. I do not recommend living here at all.

Enjoying the pet family friendly atmosphere! Loving our first few weeks. Love the surrounding area and how quiet it is at night. Looking forward to hitting the hot tub soon.

Beautiful Complex but residents don't obey rules. Trash next to dumpsters, trash outside doors, cigarette buds and poop on walkways. Parking on red zone. Kids and parents dirting pool area.lundry rooms messy after tenant use. This place has great potential, need to be more strict and give citations.
