I've lived here for nearly a year, and I love it. Fantastic location, walking distance to the best of Glendale (Americana, bars/restaurants on Brand, Glendale YMCA, etc.); Mike the property manager is very helpful and takes care of repairs very efficiently. FYI The units do NOT include a fridge!

The renovations are finished and this building is just beautiful. Very quiet building. Just a block from the Glendale Galleria and 2 blocks from the Americana. It's a great find if there is an opening in the building.

This apartment complex is three stories and is a block away from the main shopping area for Glendale. It is very convenient and close to freeway on-ramps. There's also a shared Jacuzzi that is huge, but is rarely used. There is a small park next to the complex, however it often creates some noise at all hours (sometimes late at night). The facility had also started to remodel earlier this year, and has still not finished so the construction is a nuisance. Overall, this place is a great find and... once the remodeling is done (if ever), it would be ideal for anyone looking for a great place. Read More
