So far this new management is way better than the old one. And I have seen changes like the garage parking, the new paints, the spa are being cleaned.

EXTREMELY inconsistent access to water. Management does nothing about renters letting their dogs relieve themselves in common areas, nor do they take any steps to ensure tenants get access to the parking spots they pay to reserve. Way overpriced for the level of stress an apartment here creates. Do not recommend, especially not for this price.

This place is amazing for all its amenities and the ROOFTOP!!! Holy cow as many people who live here, it is astounding to feel like you have a semi-private 10,000 sq DT rooftop with all the fun!
