We have lived here for more than 6 years. Decided to move out, yet to find a new place. The location is great, The previous owner was caring, cant say the same about the new ones. The building is too old and in bad condition due to penny pincher/ stingy maintenance. They are renovating the apartments as loads of tenants moved to a better place. Regular maintenance is Worst. Dryers not working for over an year, neither fixed nor replaced. Water leaking in many places in the parking lot.... Gardeners visit once in a blue moon. Most of job is half done, example the circle in the middle of the courtyard is a serious safety hazard. They were support to put some plants that has not happens for over an year now. Resident manager is nice but literally has no power to make anything happen. They respond only if someone challenges them legally to get any maintenance like carpet change or something similar done. Delayed or no response from the powers-to-be when there is even an urgent maintenance need. You have to get lucky to get a response to your email or phone :) Tenants get tired of followup and live with it! Check out the facts stated above and ask the questions before moving in. Good luck.

The best Apartment
In my opinion I think this apartment is a safe area, hardly any noises and the best landlord. She cares about the issues, and problems, she's a real sweetheart.
