The complex itself is very nice! Besides from the jacuzzi barely getting fixed after 9 months. You can hear the freeway traffic but besides that neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful. There is a laundry onsite but there’s only 3 washers available to use for the entire 24 units here and you have to pay! Our complaint is the management and they are the reason we’ll be leaving as soon as our lease is up. There’s no communication, they add on additional property bills without notice or... explanation, and they do not care for your vehicles (there is not private parking). We have assigned parking spots BUT MY VEHICLE AND MY HUSBANDS WORK TRUCK WAS TOWED because the parking permits weren’t hung up! Aside from that our vehicles have been vandalized, and broken into a number of times and managements response was “it’s all of Orange County. Not just here” I asked if they would consider cameras and they said we’d have to pay for it ourselves. I recommended an electric gate or putting up any type of gate to separate our vehicles and no responses! We are counting down the days till our lease is up.
