My last tenants were students who recently moved out after their one-year lease ended, and this time around, I am hoping to find a nice, stable family who wants to settle down here for the long term.
The layout is a bit unique and works perfectly for a growing or multi-generational family: it has two complete master bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom), plus a third individual bedroom and a third full bathroom in the hallway. No one will have to fight over a bathroom in the morning.
The house is an ADU with its own private entrance, a quiet private walkway, a small backyard, and a cozy kitchen with a modern electric stove and stainless steel sink. It comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and your own in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is also very easy and convenient here—you will have dedicated driveway parking that fits 2 to 3 cars, plus there is plenty of open street parking right out front for guests.
A few extra things I include to make life easier for my tenants:
• Low utility costs: There is no gas on the property, and I cover the water and trash bills completely. The house also has solar panels installed, which will keep your electricity bill very low even when running the AC.
• AC in every room: There are energy-efficient mini-split AC units in the living room and in every single bedroom so everyone can set their own comfortable temperature.
