Portico is a great apartment Aleta(Portico manager) Is very attentive to the needs of the apartment. She is timely and follows up with a call to see if things are to satisfaction. The apartment is nice and well kept. I appreciate her hard on site work.

Great Property I loved my time spent at Portico. Victoria was absolutely amazing as the property went through change of management. The community of people are also amazing along with staff. I moved due to rent price increase.

Portico is in a great location off Harbor Blvd, close to a freeway, and right across the street from Costco AND an Amazon Fresh and tons of food options.
The actual property can be improved much more, the gate to the underground garage was always breaking down, staying open for anyone to come in. Homeless people would be roaming in the garbage area and right off the property. There was a time where I saw a homeless person ON the property. Tenants DO NOT clean up after their dogs, it gets... disgusting in the dog park and after countless complaints to the office, nothing was done. There would be threats of increased fines but no one was punished. Water would be randomly shut down and a lot of times there wouldn’t be hot water.
