They will upcharge your rent by 8-10% every year. And when the renewal period comes up they will have the same apartment you are renting for 8-10% cheaper than what they will be offering you. They also do not honor renewal matching saying that the prices or for new renters and are "specials." I called as a new renter and was told the opposite saying that those were the prices by year and not a special. Shady way too shady. Good area, relatively quiet. There is a roach problem and there is mold... in the bathrooms. Unfortunately will be here for one more year. Cannot wait until I leave.

Great Place for Students
This building is in such a great location for the Cal State Fullerton Campus. The staff is very attentive and the apartments look great when you move in. There is a lot of food/entertainment options close, as well as it is a short driving distance to CSUF.

Quiet and charming
What a great undiscovered location. The area is so quiet during the day and conveniently located within walking distance to many shopping locations.
