Roach infestation, new/bad owner
Actually looking at apartments to move from here. There is a whole wing infested with roaches and the owner won't do anything about it. We've had a petition signed to tent but won't do anything about it. Maintenance is slow and the manger is never in the office and voicemail is always full with no reply
