It's a two bedroom,one bath and newly renovated. One parking spot for one car if you have another vehicle there is parking in the the front of the apartments. No smoking no pets allowed inside or in the apartment complex. Looks like an old motel 6 put together. It's peaceful. Neighbors are good. The A.C works okay. The complex is upstairs and downstairs. I live upstairs. The walls are thin and the ground makes noise when we walk. When you walk upstairs and to the door of the apartment the... cement is broken and moves...also when you rent the apartment you have access to the pool and only if your name is on the lease and live in the apartment. The apartment is 645 a month due at the first of every month the late fee is 25 for every day late. Garbage is free.
