I would like to share some feedback regarding the resident experience. Overall, my experience has been positive.
However, I have noticed a significant presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area, and I have also found that guest parking is consistently difficult to secure.

The staffs are very friendly and help the community on time as well.
And we arrived at the beginning of summer and will enjoy the swimming pools

The overall good experience for living. However dryer and washer are not working sometime. Flooring is good. Kitchen is smaller in size. Service request for maintenance handled in timely manner.
