The management team is one of the biggest positives—they are responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are acknowledged, and you can tell they genuinely try to help residents. The community itself is also quiet, peaceful, and overall a nice place to live.


However, the units are quite old, and that comes with some drawbacks. Many of the fixtures and features feel outdated, including doors, locks, and knobs,... which can sometimes cause usability or accessibility issues. I’ve personally experienced problems with doors sticking or not functioning properly. Ventilation is also not great, likely due to the age of the building, and there is a noticeable lack of built-in lighting in the unit.

It used to be a good choice. But now, they get greedy and start charging for water and trash. With the non-stop rent increase, it is no longer worth it. I will move out after my lease ends

Although the building is old(reason for 4star), it is clear that the maintenance team is doing a great job maintaining the property... .During our move-in inspection, we noted a few minor issues and reported them promptly. On our very first day, we discovered that one of the stove heaters was not working. After informing the leasing office, Mr. Pedro from the maintenance team arrived within minutes.He was very polite,cheerful and professional.
