Great Property/Not so great attention to large issue
Lived here for a couple years, beautiful property for the area. I'm giving a one start review because we had multiple issues where our two bedroom apartment was costing us $700 PGE bills because of the faulty AC Unit from 1983, from what i was told. My new place has Google thermostats and works appropriately. My bills are staying withing $150-$250 depending as I work nights and sleep during the day so my AC has to be on. This complex only tried to replace the unit when we gave notice. I should... have withheld rent under California law and anyone that still lives here I suggest the same. The manager is a very nice women but even nice people work for crap bosses which I'm sure is the case here.

Quiet, Quaint little sanctuary
I loved living in this adorable complex for 18 months. The managing staff was the best I have ever experienced living in a multi unit complex. It is clean and well kept with weekly yard service. If ever I had and issue or needed maintenance my problem was address promptly. There were times where we wouldn't be home during normal working hours and our wonderful maintenance guy would come in the evening, after hours to help us out. In my entire 15 years of rental history this place seriously takes... the cake! It is by far the best complex I could have ever hoped to live in. Its a small gated community off the main road in a cul de sac and to my surprise was extremely quiet. We lived here until we moved out of state and should we ever consider moving back to California this is exactly where I would want to plant my roots again. If your are looking for a little piece of sanctuary in the hustle and bustle of the city this a wonderful place to live!
