DON'T EXPECT YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK!
This property has its good and bad. We had a few issues with the complex Management that were fairly tolerable, but it wasn't till we had a rent increase and decided to move this establishment shows it's TRUE colors.
They have a company policy of having the renter pay for the turn of the appartment. We cleaned our entire appartment and they complained about the smallest amount of dust on the light fixtures... which I cleaned. The "company policy" is to charge you with a $150 cleaning fee (and... $80 carpeting cleaning which I feel is reasonable) no matter how clean it is, unless you show a receipt from a professional cleaning company... and even then I wouldn't put it past them to still try to find some way to charge you.
So if you do leave don't worry about leaving a mess because odds are your not going to get back what you put in. I'd go so far as to say what they did was unethical.

Overall
It is an okay apartment complex but I have many complaints. The maintenance is horrible as well as the management. I have been waiting 3 months for a new bedroom door and I still haven't gotten it. It also take days to get new light bulbs. It is very noisy--lots of kids running around. Random people come use the pool and spa every now and then and it is not nice.
