Beware?

Do not move in unless you want to get screwed by management, they will make you pay late fees on stuff that wasn't in your lease agreement and no one told you anything about. I was hesitant to move here and I was right, all the 1 start ratings are true. They will raise your rent, they will tow your car because they have some deal with the towing company, it is always full of trash and its like living in the ghetto.

bad!

I had a bad experience. main manager is nice to some tenants and to others she's super friendly. says one thing one day changes mind the next. says no dogs allowed. then says only service dogs. Some people even have 2 dogs. . .bad experience. not renewing lease!

ridgeview apartments

I currently rent a one bedroom apartment at ridgeview in escondido. They are very soacious. I have two kids and there is room for all us.

Dont bother

The landloards were very difficult to work with. They would say one thing one day and switch it up the next. They don't take out the $300 on first months rent like advertised. They do however add $500 to your deposit for a total of $1,500 if its your first time renting, so watch out students. Worst experience ever.
