Perfect for me

Prime location minutes away from Ventura Blvd, Starbucks and Ralph’s just steps from the complex, this is idea for me, love a quick coffee break since my work is on the same block! The buildings well maintain and clean great environment at all times! Friendly neighborhood which is such a relief after moving from New York. I would definitely recommend the building to anyone looking to live in the area.

AWESOME SAFE BUILDING IN ENCINO - RENT CONTROLLED

I have lived in my building since 2006. This unit is small, but perfect for one or two persons. We have a pool, rec room with ping pong tables and pool table. Close to everything- Right on the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Newcastle. Safe and secure, and a great on site manager named Cindy! The price is right, and this building is rent controlled, so your rent will not skyrocket if the owners want to raise the rent, they are controlled by whatever the City of Los Angeles Rent Stabilization allows.... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION- Best ever!
