I've been so impressed with The Emery apartments! What makes this community stand out is the genuine connection they build with their residents. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the entire building is always kept clean and well maintained. The location is also a huge plus, especially for anyone commuting to or from the East Bay. I also want to mention Addrii, who has been so accommodating and always a pleasure to talk to. Excellent Community!
The Emery is an excellent community to be a part of. Maintenance and management are quick to respond to residents and ensure all aspects of the community runs smoothly. Addrii is always professional, patient, and warm every time I've needed assistance. Having someone like her in the leasing office truly makes a difference in the residents experience.

Great experience at the emery
I’ve been living at The Emery in Emeryville for over a year and it has been a really positive experience so far. The building is modern, clean, and very well located, close to everything I need. The amenities are great and always well maintained.
I also want to highlight the amazing management. Dartise has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional with everything we’ve needed. He always makes sure residents feel supported and taken care of, which I really appreciate.

Amazing experience!
Living at The Emery has been an excellent experience. From day one, everything has run smoothly, and the community feels well-managed and welcoming. The manager, Dartise, deserves special recognition—he is efficient, professional, and consistently respectful. His leadership sets the tone for the entire team, who are equally attentive and reliable. Any request or concern is handled quickly and with care, which makes a huge difference in daily living.
