David Baker is known for creating private spaces in the middle of the city. This location is like an oasis in the middle of the East Bay. Often opposite of traffic, you can catch the bus to San Francisco one block from this condo on it's second stop.... It has a secured garage, a secured entrance to the condo hallway from the garage and from the street. It's quite and comfortable...and I like to keep this place up to date. If you want to walk in the neighborhood, we are located on the greenway and one can run to the Wetlands park...round trip is a 6 mile run.
