My family and I has lived in our three-bedroom unit with Bonds Properties for over 12 years. We love where we live. Besides us, there are other families living in the building complex, some of whom have lived here years before we came in 2009. Although the building was built in the 1960’s, through the years, the property has been well-maintained.
Roland, the property manager, has always been responsive to our inquires.
We enjoy the convenience living close to both BART stations, grocery &... various stores, schools, 1-80 freeway, Solano Ave and San Pablo Ave. For me personally, I live less than 20 minutes away from my employer, UC Berkeley. Keith Madrid
