I lived there for a handful of years while saving up for a home. The property is a bit older, but it's very clean and low maintenance and comfortable. The walkways and sand and green spaces are always well watered and cleanly maintained. The best part of the property has got to be the people: the neighbors are almost all very quiet professionals who keep to themselves, i have never seen any suspicious characters hanging out or met anyone who was noisy or nosy, and the landlords, a very... approachable and friendly gentleman and his surprisingly beautiful wife, are amazing. Responsive, willing to fix stuff, warn you if you forget about rent, never raised rent on me, and very friendly. They were even flexible with me on cleaning when i did my best but missed a few items. I highly recommend this place as one of the best apartments in the area, bar none, for a great place to live.
