I have lived at Countryside Village now Terre at Graves for 9 years. Never has this place been so poorly managed. Horrible parking situation. Homeless encampment across the street. They call it “Luxury Living” Just because they painted the outside of the apartments and added wood chips the landscaping. Squatters welcomed here. Stay away.

Been here for 5 years and it's just gone down hill.
1.The staircase came off as they just propped it up with 2×4s.
2. Dryers are always broken. They just keep taking down the signs that residents put on the dryers without fixing them.
3. Homeless people in the parking lot and in the trash almost every day.
*Updated- the homeless started jumping the fence and bathing in the hot tub
4. Parking is an issue.
5. New property manager is rude.
Update: we managed to get released from our lease after... the manager gave the okay for people to enter our apartment without notifying neither me nor my partner beforehand.
After calling my partner to set up a pre-move inspection with him, did not show up all day for the inspection. It has now been 6 days and we have not received a call back since about the inspection, turning in keys, or our deposit, or anything. Basically took our money and cut us off.

This place is too high in rent . The water bill is 74 a mth no matter what . and cause the air condition don't work my bill has been 120 . the pool has had feces in it more then once .the manager takes for ever to get things fixed .

I chose this property because the architecture and landscaping is lush enough to make it feel cozy. The laundry room is open 24 hrs, so my night hours don't matter. Parking is always available as first come, first serve and we have a roaming security guard. Turns out, it is very pet friendly and also quiet. We are super close to three major freeways, A huge shopping mall and the DMV! I feel very safe here, the apts are all well maintained and our neighbors are friendly. We just resigned... for an additional two years!
