Lived here 5 years and the last two have been absolutely awful so much trash everywhere people living and selling drugs out of the garages cops in and out 24/7 for the high crime level my apartment was robbed and car was vandalized

I lived there for about a year. The place is pretty run down. Most of the time there is trash everywhere. There no gardener and they dont water anymore. So it just dead bushes and weeds. The front gates are always broken. Laundry room is always a mess. Machines are broken for months at a time. My garage was broken into twice. Cant keep anything in there except the car, and keep that locked too. If you don't like screaming children, dont move here. The kids are pretty noisy here. I don't mean... normal kids playing. I mean screaming all day long. The parking is horrible. You only get one spot, and there's no visitor parking. My friends don't like coming over because they have to park three or four blocks away. All of the bad reviews where true until last June/ July when the building was sold. The new owners actually spend money!!! they have installed security gates, cameras and new lighting. I have lived here for 7 years and for the first time I feel like my rent is going somewhere other than just to some greedy landlord. The place has better people, better management and things are fixed the same day or the next day. This complex is night and day to the way it was with the old owners. it's nice... to see an owner and management company that cares and works hard to make thing great. Read More

Roaches roaches and more roaches parking is terrible you will forever get parking tickets. You will come home to a random person in your garage smoking happens about once a week. And every week you will see pest control spraying for bugs ewww don't waste your money on this joke of a complex

Firstly, the area around the apartment complex is less than appealing. Graffiti on the street walls, trash all over the street and a less then pleasant feeling when walking down the street.

Secondly , the parking is awful. The walk from my car to my apartment is almost 5 minutes. Needless to say, I feel uncomfortable walking alone from my car to home, especially at questionable hours.

For anyone considering this apartment complex , I would advise against it very strongly. For the price that... we pay, you can find a very nice apartment somewhere else. Read More
