Good layout and spacious apartments. Ample greenery and closeness to Don Biddle park. Gas stoves were always a preference and it fits in well.

Previously a five-star rating under Greystar Property Mgt, but changed for the worse since Emerald Property Management took over.

The Customer service has noticeably declined, office hours have been reduced, making it harder to get assistance when needed. Evening safety patrols have been cut, which raises concerns about safety. There's also an ongoing issue with excessive trash around the property that doesn’t seem to be getting the attention it needs.What’s most troubling is the recent towing policy. Vehicles are now being towed with little to no warning, sometimes with less than 24 hours’ notice, such as in my case,... which feels aggressive and unfair to residents. This used to be a great place to live, but the changes in management have definitely impacted the quality of living here. I hope Emerald steps up and takes resident concerns seriously.

The good and the bad

There were good parts and bad parts to living in this apartment. When we first moved in, the apartment complex was under different management who I really loved. The current management will do absolutely anything to not work. Here were the pros and cons.

Pros:
- Designated parking for 1 vehicle and lots of other parking throughout the community
- Location is near the highway
- Maintenance isn’t horrible when you need them
- Appliances were kept up to take and worked properly

Cons:
- If...
you ever need to contact the front office, GOOD LUCK.
- The phone number doesn’t work and they rarely, if ever, answer their emails
- Trying to move out?
- Make sure you reach out to them every week before your move because they don’t actually inform you that you need to do anything until you contact them (i.e. move out form, inspections, key return, etc)
- Want your security deposit back?
- We moved out about 3 weeks ago and we still have not received any money back

The moral of this story is: They work really hard to make you want to move to this apartment, but once you live there you will never hear from them again. At first this was not a problem, but once you’re trying to move out they make the process so much more stressful than it needs to be.

Steer clear if you want peaceful living

I have been living here for about 4 months and the experience has been horrible. Like other reviewers state, the walls are PAPER THIN! I have neighbors above me that let their kids run wild at all times. I have reported this to the office and nothing has been done to stop it. I definitely will be leaving at the end of my lease
