Way too expensive vs other apartments in area. No in unit washers or dryers, laundry room is too small and always ransacked and dirty renovations are all cosmetic but do not contribute to quality of living.

Terrible place to rent
Maintenance is never kept up, outdoor trash cans are never emptied, but at the same time you will be sited immediately about what your doing wrong like letting kids play in the grass, or just lounging in the grass area yourself, your not allowed to have anything im your personal balcony or patio besides “outdoor furniture” or “small plants” small dogs or cat are allowed but no fish or medium to large dogs or really any thing else . Never any doggy bags in the dispenser near the pet waste bin and... if you ever have any issues in your apartment like lights, plumbing or ac, your better off paying someone to come out cuz they do not fix anything ever

Why my apartment rules!
My apartment consists of a newer fridge and replaced washing machine with a new stove that was given to us as part of being in an energy savings program through PG&E. Its a corner apartment so I get to see down the road in three directions from right outside my back patio. Also, it vaguely resembles other apartments that growing up my parents rented and I have fond memories of in other complexes. Plus the management and staff are very courteous. If I was there boss I would give everyone a... promotion. They've each gone above and beyond in being both kind and helpful to my Mother on dialysis and I every year since either they moved in or we've lived here.
