Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, Chase Bank, and fast-food options. You'll also find a number of great wineries in the area, with one located just 3 miles away in Byron.

For boaters, you are just a quick 20-minute cruise out to Fast Water, giving you easy access to a world of sailing, water skiing, and boating adventures.

### House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* Maximum of 10 overnight guests.
* Mandatory quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* Large parties are not permitted.
* All personal events held at the home must conclude no later than 8 p.m.
* Pop-up tents, bounce houses, trampolines, slip-n-slides, and food trucks are strictly prohibited.

### Important Information
**Events & Gatherings:** We are perfectly suited for family reunions and special celebrations. Small events with up to a maximum of 20 daytime guests may be approved. All events with more than 12 guests must be approved by the owner prior to booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply for gatherings of more than 15 people. Professional catering may be permitted but also requires advance approval.

**Parking:** A maximum of 5 vehicles can be parked at the property: 3 in the driveway and 2 on the street in front of our home. Parking is not permitted in the garage or in front of any neighboring homes.

**Boats & Watercraft:** You are welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis and store them in our private boat slip. Your vessel must not be longer than 30 feet or wider than 9 feet. Please contact us for approval prior to booking if your vessel is larger.
