Overall a great place to live with great amenities but at times you can hear your neighbors and sometimes the shared spaces aren't clean from someone using an area previously.

Maintenance is great and the staff is super nice. This is definitely what sets Axis apart from the rest here in Davis! Its the best experience imo.

Clean, modern apartment with a great location near campus. The amenities are solid—especially the gym and study spaces—and maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. The staff is generally helpful and responsive, which makes the overall experience smoother. Parking can get a bit tight at times and rent is on the higher side, but that’s pretty typical for the area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live if you’re a student or working nearby.

Honestly, I have no complaints other than wishing the pool was 24/7! Axis is beautiful. The fact that things get checked on and or cleaned daily is incredible, and the service speed is unbeatable. Better than most services out of anything I've had. You call, and they pick up immediately or call you back within minutes. It's as straightforward as it gets.
