Axis is very clean and modern. The amenities are so nice and large, they feel like the kind you’d see at a resort or a hotel. The only issue is that it’s extremely new, so any system errors are new to the staff as well. Although they resolved everything fairly quickly and efficiently.

Moving in was a very easy experience and the people here were very helpful with any questions we had. I would also sometimes call with any questions I had and was pleasantly surprised when I realized that they answered my call even past 6. I checked the customer service hours and surprisingly they answer until 7 pm which is great for me as sometimes I am unable to make calls earlier because of my schedule.

The overall experience was great, but my room utilities need to be fixed, that was the bad part. Still feeling some pungent smell in study lounge, hope the leasing office can fix it.

I have had a great experience with everything so far. Everyone has been nice and helpful, I haven’t had issues with those around me and everything is always super clean and nice.

The place is very nice. All the amenities are brand new. The staff are also very professional, helpful, and friendly. Overall, I only have good things to say.
