Everything is good about this place except the hot water
Pros: People are friendly, Liz and Terry are awesome managers always on top of things going on and getting stuff done in a timely manner.
Cons: Maintenance needs to be reminded, or it wont get done. This isn't all the time, but it does happen. Hot water here is so hit and miss. In the span of a 10 to 15 min shower the temp will fluctuate from ice cold to unbearably, hot and everything in between. There is a plumber out every week it feels like and nothing has changed for the entire year and... half we've lived here.
