Vivian was the manager when we moved in. She specifically told me the only utilities we paid for were gas and electric. We later found out. We also pay a portion of water, gas and sewer which added up to sometimes $400 a month extra. The guy in charge of our move-in kept moving our move in time and sent our lease while we were driving with our things to move in. We felt very rushed because they wanted to leave early for the day ((they never are in office or answer the phone ever.)) they were... annoyed that we wanted to view our unit before signing a lease. managers are very unprofessional and unorganized. after a year of living here they decided we were only receiving one free parking permit which meant we paid an extra hundred dollars a month for parking permits… we like to walk outside, but there is dog poop everywhere and it was disgusting!!!!!! Maintenance took 4 months to fix our washer. Dont expect to get your security deposit back. Also when you move out they leave no instructions for leaving keys or last check. Anything that had to do with management was a joke.

Over all our unit was comfortable and most of our neighbors were great. But would not recommend moving in unless you go thru lease with a microscope way before move in and don’t mind the smell of dog poop everytime you go outside.

I do like the place. But I think it's wrong to charge for trash a sewer. Not enough inforcement on people not picking up after their dogs. The pool needs to be cleaned better

The community has been nothing but kind. The apartment itself was cute, even though it was a rough start with a few things in the apartment. I still would totally recommend living in this community.

Took over a month to fix my AC and my garbage disposal is still not fixed. It is impossible to contact the office through phone, they never pick up. You are forced to always go into the office.

It has all of the amenities that we value, including washer/dryer in unit, central air, and really nice, new, stainless appliances(refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and flat top stove). Everything was very clean upon move in and we even had brand new carpet. Although the buildings are older, they take good care of them. Maintenance and management are always very responsive, friendly, and take care of any issues we have right away.
