If you do not mind drunken parties all the time this is the place for you! Neighbors are always partying at all hours of the day if you ask them to be quite lets say at 12:30 am on a Tuesday they just get louder. The management on site is completely useless, and the overseeing company isn't much better. I've lived here for a year and a half and they still have not replaced the broken window screens we first inquired about they day we moved in even thought we remind them about it constantly. Our... garbage disposal broke as well it took almost two weeks for the maintenance guy to come and look at it it was about another week until he returned. they have raised the rent every November since we moved in and each time they do the make promise on fixing the place up but never do. Also they will not return your security deposit saying that they use it for "Advertising Purposes" and the way i found out about this place was craigslist. Do yourself a favor and keep looking this place is the pits!
