These days it's very insecure to live in brookwood, I am already living there and day before yesterday someone took my amazon package from my door. Today morning a car was broke with front mirror smashed by someone. Management should think of increasing security but they are more interested in increasing rent.
Planning to move from here very soon.

Great Value and professional management
Just moved in to my 1 Bedroom apartment last week. So far everything has been great. Peaceful atmosphere in the community and I have had no maintenance Issues in my unit (probably because almost everything is brand new in here) I must have got luck cause I got a great special and am paying the price that other buildings in the area are charging for a non renovated unit. Also the manager is very nice.

Great Place to Live
The Leasing office has great employees and the common areas are kept up well and constantly being improved. My apartment is very comfortable and I definitely do not intend to leave until I can afford a house
