Management is horrible here, they will not give you the deposit back when you move out, stray cats everywhere! Laundry room always nasty, only thing good here is the parking, but during the day its packed from the employees at the spectrum center, oh and if you work nights don’t expect peace in quiet during the day. Yelling and scream is all you here from the kids next door!

The complex was nice until they sold to Aeris Properties. The laundry room is disgusting(soap, dryer lint, garbage everywhere), they never pick up the over-flowing trash can by the pool, and we've had roaches for over a month and they keep saying they will take care of it and they don't. It's over priced for what you get.

This is a apartment building that you cant call home! Rent goes up every six to seven months from 1050.00 to 1370 in two and half years with plans to go up again.And Its by a special school for children, yelling with out supervision so dont try to sleep in on the week days! The pool still has rusty debree for about two years now. Look for something better, we are!
