Hilda is such an amazing person and is a huge help with anything possible and makes rental process easy and fast Juan the maintenance man always quick to respond to anything that needs to be fixed only complaints no swimming pool and it gets loud on trash days do to trucks other than that I loved my apartment and going to miss it

I lived there from March of 2020 to September of 2025. So five and a half years. Not once was there any break ins, or altercations. And the property is kept in immaculate condition.Every problem I had with the apartment was handled by maintenance almost immediately. And anything they couldn’t address immediately they were able to make things right until they could. So the maintenance is top-notch. The management is top-notch. It’s just a good place to stay. The only reason I left is that i had a... series of things happen financially and it just became too much for me to afford. I would still be there if I could highly recommended good place to be.

I stayed here only for a few months and had to relocate for work. Anytime I need to come back to Clovis, I know first choice will be Harbor Pointe! Rebeca the manager is very accommodating and goes the extra mile! Maintenance, I didn't have a lot of issues but they were quick to resolve anything if I ever did. I don't know why the negative reviewers are mad about their deposits, I've stayed in many places, some will give full back or partial, but it's cleaning costs which I have no trouble with,... I would want a clean place to move into. I do wish there was a larger space for pets, but the area is safe if you want to walk or do some running. The busy street is a little noisey but it was no issue for me honestly. Thank you Rebeca for everything!
