This has been the easiest transition into an apartment. Robyn has been amazing and supportive throughout the whole experience. They were able to accommodate our move in time needs and always treat us super respectful and understanding. I would recommend Countryside to anyone.

My husband and I have been tenants at Countryside Apartments for going on three years. The resident manager Lucia is always available to take any request for maintenance or take care of any problems that may occur. Lucia and her outstanding maintenance crew and gardeners are always making sure any repairs or concerns are taken care in a timely manner. I don't believe I have had to wait very long for something to be taken care of. They, along with Robin, are always willing to make sure you can... be proud of where you live.
The Countryside Apts are so concerned about their residents that each year they have a "Resident Appreciation Day". Our first year hear there was a pool party, all the hot dogs and soda you could eat. Last year there was a Picnic under the covered area. With more food the we could eat. Now this year they have out done themselves. We received a special invitation to attend the Countryside Residents Appreciation Day Brunch hosted by Lucia and Robin. There was a buffet full of waffles, donuts, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. It was fantastic. I have never had an apartment complex go to such lengths to show their appreciation for the tenants that live under their care. I am encouraged to stay here. And I hope the other tenants that attended the Brunch today feel the same way.

My husband and I were looking for a month to month apartment because of his job. He is required to travel all around for different amounts of time and is usually not given notice until a couple of weeks before we have to move. So, I stumble across this place and it is a great deal! I called and Lucia said they had a 2 bedroom available for our move but that they were unable to do applications electronically and that we wouldn't be able to do everything by mail in time for our move in date. So,... husband and I packed up our 1 year old and made the 4 1/2 hours drive there. We got there and all was great, filled out the app and she said she would work on it quickly and call us. Well we got a text on the drive home stating they had a tenant with an emergency that they had to move into the unit we applied for! Lucia is excellent at making sure work orders are taken care of in a timely manner, and that all work is done correctly.

I have lived here the last two years, and unfortunately, I have to move. It's quiet and I love the pine trees. It's one of the few apartments in Clovis that has a nice size fenced backyard. They have recently done a lot of renovations to make it even nicer. They have installed dual pane windows, and a new roof. The management is great and the maintenance team they have is awesome!
