We love living here! Always quick to answer to maintenance calls! Chris is excellent. Also, the area is mostly quiet, and neighbors don't disturb. It's a safe area. People respect your car port. It's not cheap but it's worth it.

I really don’t have any complaints while I was staying here. The amenities, the management, communication about streets being closed or maintenance performing their duties, the customer service. Everyone and everything is top notch. I loved everything about this place. The ONLY thing I have to complain about is that I did not get my security deposit back and I have been trying to contact them since I moved out to figure out why. I had no pets. Only myself. I only had normal wear and tear from a... ding or two in the wall and from my couch rubbing against it. Beyond that everything was as it was.
But again this place is great. The rent is high I can admit that but taking advantage of everything this place has I feel is worth it.

Honestly, overall, it’s a great place to live at. Beside a few noise concerns at the beginning, it’s been a pleasant stay. I would love to continue to live here. The rent is a bit high and seems to be growing and that’s a concern. But the apartments are very nice and complete with everything you need!

We are very happy with The Residences at Escaya. It's now been over 2 years here for us! From tour, to move in, to follow-up - it has been a very good experience for us. Quality apartment, excellent maintenance, and wonderfully kept grounds and amenities. The team here works very hard, and it shows!
