We relocated to these apartments from across the country so we never got to see them before we got there. They were nice apartments and the office staff were friendly. And that was all that was nice. Absolutely no parking ever. Small lot with free spaces but if you get there after 2pm (I work til 4) you park on street because no spaces left. This railroads you into spending money for the carports or garage. The garages are so tiny that my SUV would NEVER fit comfortably! So we paid for a... carport across the complex due to too many nights walking from the street. Maintenance takes FOREVER!!! The staff is friendly enough but you wait WEEEKS for anything. They say they will call and that only happens half of the time. The pool is nice but gets over crowded with people throwing parties EVERY WEEKEND. This means public grills are blocked and there is always loud music. We had people drop trash at our door, throw our stuff on the ground and when I called office all I got was well you shouldn’t leave your stuff hanging outside. We had a rack for our towels for crying out loud cuz the balcony/patio had NO SPACE! Also someone stole my bathing suit....GROSS!!!!!!!!!! Kids run around and voice balls off the walls. This means dogs go crazy. There were people fighting at all hours of the night all the time. It was the worst experience we have ever lived. We left after a couple months and broke our lease it was so bad. No security or office hours on sundays so people don’t follow rules. Parking stickers mean nothing. It’s managed so poorly it’s not worth the $$$$

Good with a few bugs
Moved here back in March. Fare priced 2 bed/ 1 bath and both my husband and I have enjoyed a majority of it. The only few bugs we had were half the windows were missing screens, and the other half had a few large holes to let gnats in. So with any slight crumb they found there way in and attacked(no more than a small handful and only in the kitchen). The bathroom sadly was painted with oil based paints so the bathroom would melt or the oil would separate and drip on to the floor. Other than... those two problems, we've really enjoyed it especially with new management that took over about 1.5 months ago is actually looking to fix the buildings accordingly and bring the level of the place up. I just wish that rent wasn't raised 300 extra dollars to renew lease compared to our current lease because it's very hard to find in unit washer/dryers for a fare price. Again with the new management I see this place getting even better.

Horrible maintenance!
The apartments here are spacious. That's really the only great quality. As soon as I moved in the paint was peeling off the walls due to them piling layer on layer. Be warned the walls are paper thin and you will have the luxery of hearing all of your neighbors gossip. The bathroom formed black mold on the ceiling so I informed the management. The had some guy come in and half clean it with bleach and called it good, leaving several spores. Another issue with the bathroom is the water... temperature for the shower/bathtub it fluctuates from hot to cold with no warning and the pipes shake.
The main issue with these apartments is the maintenance. If the management here would hire a better staff these apartments could be a great place to live.

This place is very poorly run. The management doesn't care about any issues. I have had several appointments where the manager just didn't show up without a phone call or anything. Doesn't uphold rules of the complex. Neighbors don't clean up after their dogs, big dogs on top floor units. Parking is virtually non-existent unless you want to pay per month to have a carport or more for a garage space. Neighbors use multiple vehicles to save spaces in the extremely limited open parking. The... apartment itself is pretty dated and old.
