Apartment consists of living room/kitchenette space, a good-sized bedroom w/ queen bed, lots of storage including 2 large closets and a coat closet, large bathroom, access to a yard and patio, onsite washer/dryer, and many other amenities!
This unit is part of a 4-plex in a charming craftsman home right in downtown Chula Vista. Your immediate complex neighbors are quiet, respectful, cooperative, well-established tenants and the vibe of the complex is very peaceful. Surrounding neighbors are super kind. I (the home owner) live in one of the units, and I am very attentive and responsive and will do everything to make your stay here pleasant.
HOME AMENITITES:
- The living room/kitchenette is a cozy yet bright welcome-home space for you! This space features a twin daybed styled as a super-comfy sofa. (This is in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom). There is a high-top table which can you can set up as a bar/counter/additional kitchen prep space (as in the photo), or can be put together as a square high-top dining table for when you have guests - up to you!
- The kitchenette is technically "-ette" but is very close to a regular kitchen. It includes a standard full-sized fridge, brand new kitchen sink, tons of prep and storage space, microwave, brand new hotplates with large burners, accompanied by a range hood (aspirator for when you cook). The only thing missing is an oven, and you are welcome to borrow the main-house oven occasionally. The kitchen is fully stocked, meaning that cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. are provided.
- The bedroom is quite large for the space, with a queen-sized bed, large beautiful cedar closet, two desks (one large, one small), a new large dresser, and a small matching dresser.
- The bathroom is large and comfortable, with a full-sized shower, a large vanity, and ample storage.
OUTDOOR SPACES AND OTHER FEATURES:
- Outdoor amenities include a gated wrap-around large yard, and communal patio with double lounger, umbrella table, and barbecue grill.
- Free street parking is available and it's usually easy to find a spot. There may be an option for driveway parking in the future - let's talk!
