We moved in here recently, we love the environment here however the management service gives us a very poor experience. There were two typical things that were happening. The first one: There is a move-in checklist needed to fill out when we move in, the manager address it needs to turn in by the next day. My wife brought it to the office the next day and asked them to come to our unit to check the details. However the manager told her not to worry, she will arrange the maintenance to schedule... time with us next week. We waited for the whole week without anybody to come. So I encouraged my wife to go to the office to address the fact that we need somebody to come to confirm all the details we wrote on the move-in checklist. My wife went to the office three times without any results and they told her that we don’t need to double check the details, just keep the checklist as proof of materials. It's a waste of our time with what they did and what’s the point with the move-in checklist, and how they deal with the issue that appears in our apartment. Finally, they told my wife we need to wait for them to arrange maintenance to fix the problems, because our issues are not an emergency. That’s ridiculous! We waited for the whole week and they told us to keep waiting. When our problems will be solved if they have emergencies everyday. They just told my wife we need to fill out a form and note the date with a new resident account on their website (this is a brand new thing that they never mentioned before). So my wife negotiated with them to schedule a time for 9:00-10:00am the next day. We kept our patience to wait for them the next day, however nobody showed up until the date we scheduled. We went to the office and wanted them to solve the issue as soon as possible. The manager kept saying our problem was not an emergency and we needed to wait. I was super mad about the way they dealt with and addressedT how they were wasting our time. I almost lost control of my emotions.The manager didn’t realize that’s their responsibility and threatened me that she will call the police. My wife calmed me down and the maintenance finally came. To our surprise,the maintenance worker didn't know anything until the manager called him to come.

Steer clear
I would steer clear of this complex, the management and the corporation don’t care about the residents just the monthly rent check. We have lived here almost 2 years, and after the first year of living here the manager Mary left, since then they have not had a consistent manager to run the place, and the corporate manager that comes in is so rude and could care less about the tenants. The complex has a rat problem, you see them running from various patios and through the grass in the front. Our... issue is that they are in our ceiling and it took multiple calls and multiple requests from pest control to cut open the ceiling over 1.5 Months and the mention of legal action to get them to actually address the problem. There is also a big mold/mildew issue, the vent fans don’t actually vent so you wake up and all your windows are covered in condensation. There is also a severe lack in communication here and with corporate. You cannot get a phone call back. We have recently also had a string of thefts going on in the complex to which corporates response was “Theft happens everywhere”. There are other various issues that have come up as well. The only positive thing I can say about this place is there are 2 employees who try their best to do right by the residents, Jeanette who works in the office and Carl the Maintenance guy. They do what they can to help but since they are the only ones who care they are spread very thin and can only do so much. I wouldn’t waste your time or your money living here.

Great home, sad to have to go!
I absolutely love my time here at the summit! The staff is so friendly, especially Jeanette and Carl. They truly made me feel at home here. The amenities are beautiful and the location is amazing. It is not far from the freeway entrance and close to the city center as well. I would 1000% recommend living here!

Finally Home
In LOVE!!! I knew as soon as we stepped foot on the property that this was going to be our future home. The nature that surrounds the property is so relaxing it definitely feels amazing coming home. The constant care and maintenance of the property is impressive! I love how detailed they are about keeping the property clean and most importantly calm and relaxing. The staff is amazing!!! As a first time renter I did not know what to expect but Jeannette and Kasandra have made us feel so... welcomed from day 1. I truly feel comfortable talking to them if I ever have any questions or concerns. Would I recommend this place? 100% YES! We have had our family visit us already and they absolutely love this place aswell. Truly everything I hope and prayed for.
