There' is an overnight security that makes sure that nobody is sneaking into the complex to park and leave their cars. All overnight cars need to be registered using a QR code. There is also overnight maintence. One time, my garage door stopped working in the middle of the night and I got locked out. And the maintenance person on call, came by to help with good timing.

I have lived at this apartment complex for over 4 years. And I still live here. Maintence comes on time and fixes things quickly. I walk my dog all over the complex daily and everything is clean. The property is well maintained and the tenants are friendly.

I recently moved to Santa Barbara Chino Hills and I am so glad I did. The entire process was as smooth as could be, which is saying something considering how stressful moving typically is. My leasing agent, Melissa, was very communicative and helpful and honestly made handling all of the paperwork and move-in tasks very easy. I also met the community director, Viviana, and she was just as committed to making my move-in process as smooth as possible.

Move-in day was so easy since everything had... been handled beforehand. The unit itself is beautiful. I love the views of the hills on one side, and the mountains on the other. The fixtures, finishes and appliances all have a high-quality look and feel. I love the smart home features. The maintenance team has been on top of everything, and made sure all of the finishing touches have been taken care of. Steve, Stephen, and Cesar have been extremely helpful and have made some minor fixes for me and they all have honestly made me feel like no issue is too small, and given me the feeling like they want me to be happy in my unit. They are very fast with making sure things are taken care of. Over all, the customer service here lives up to the reputation. I have had many rentals in my life and they really go above and beyond here compared to my experiences in the past.

The property itself is very beautiful as well. The variety of plants in the landscaping is kind of mind-blowing. It’s the details like that which set this property apart from any I have lived at before. The amenities make me feel like I am at a resort. I have lived in Chino Hills for a number of years before moving here, and it’s a very safe area. Living in a gated community elevates that even further.

Over all, I feel like there is so much value here. The benefits of renting really shine at a property like this when you have confidence that the staff here will take care of everything for you. I look forward to being here for years to come! Read More
