Communication from management is seriously lacking. We had water heater issues for weeks and had to go to the office for any information. They said they’d send us news letters about the water and never followed through. Package notification system from leasing office is also never updated.

Fantastic
I live in a 2 bedroom and it's only 955 with a washer and dryer and dish washer included. The staff is all very wonderful and helpful on the spot. There is a garden that we are all welcome to use and they do giveaways and fun activities to get the apartment complex together and it's wonderful getting to know your neighbors other than walking next door with cookies. The pool is extremely well kept and so is the gym. We recently got new carpets and they're so soft. I recommend this apartment... building to everyone I meet and whenever I tell someone I live at village at the timbers they always say how nice they heard they've looked and they aren't wrong!

Amazing
I have just moved out on my own and I absolutely love it here! It is close to school and pet friendly so the location is both convient and homey. I love it here and would recommend it to all my friends!! And the staff are very professional and helpful if I ever need anything I know I van go in the office and get help quickly and efficiently.

the Best of Chico
The best apartment complex in Chico, CA. Friendly staff that takes care of any concern right away. Friendly neighbors surround you in this gated community. 5 minute walk to safeway, CSU Chico, and downtown. They also have an herb/vegetable garden for the residents. Only place I'd stay in Chico.
