I have lived here for two years and I enjoy the community as well as the residents in the area! The housing is convenient and close to csu Chico as well as walking distance to downtown!

Super loud in the halls, people are always loud after quiet hours and I can’t get any sleep. Not to mention the constant construction. Other than that I have no complaints.

I love how sweet the workers in the diner hall are very welcoming and friendly!! I really like how the prices for the rooms aren’t as bad here in Chico! The foods in the diner hall is pretty good too!
