Awesome New Staff
I just had a great experience speaking with the Manager currently there named Will. He was very helpful and informative. As a parent, he made me feel reassured that him also being a parent would look after all the kids as if they were his own. I think it was a huge plus that he stays on property. I think this will be the place we will rent from this year and hopefully the next 2 years unit she graduates.

Run far away
To say that this apartment has a few issues with it's poor construction would be an understatement. I've actually started a list of all the things that have broken recently.
Some of my recent favorites are when we had down internet for half the month, charged us full rate, had shutoff water every ~2 weeks for half a day without notice, and our AC units failed and leaked toxic blue liquid everywhere onto our bed sheets which we had to throw away.

Not trust worthy
Overall campus walk is a good place to live if you do not want to worry about buying and moving furniture. When it comes to respecting the residents however there could be improvements. They treat the residents like children and like to talk to parents to handle situations. When in reality we are all adults and should be able to handle situation like so. Also while on summer break it has been called to my attention that they entered my apartment without notifying myself or my roommates. This has... changed my mind about the property as a whole. Any place that is able to feel okay with entering a residents apartment without letting them know can not be fully trusted.

Outdoor gym is a joke.
Our balcony is a Juliet balcony. I pay $50 extra a month for parking. I paid the first month and only got to park my car on site for the last two days of August. Went to the office because I had a package say it was delivered, the front office told me (without looking) that I didn’t have any mail. I went back an hour later with my roommate saying it must’ve been stolen, only then the worker went into the back and found my package. Luckily it’s a quick walk to the WREC because the outdoor gym is... a joke. And lost HBO from our channels.
Pros: Free coffee, free food once in awhile, pool, near campus, furnished, pet policy.
