When we first came to check this property, we were said that all amenities are included into the lease agreement, including electrical car chargers. 1 year later, they made the clubhouse to be booked 3 days prior and not for free. They also replaced chargers with Tesla charger and you have to pay for it. I've bought an electric car just because the chargers were free, so at this point it doesn't make any sense for me to have an electric car.
On top of that, they decided to replace the floor at... the pool and guess what? They started it in May and finished in the edn of July. We didn't have our pool for more than half of the summer this year. Great job, great owner. Read More
